Calendar Sync
Keeps calendars that live in different places in step
Work in Outlook, personal plans in Google Calendar, the family in iCloud - scattered like that, something gets missed. Calendar Sync keeps them in step, on a schedule, without you leaving the app open.
What it does
- Connects Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and 365, Apple iCloud, Naver Calendar, Naver Works (read-only), Dooray! and the calendars on the device
- One-way or two-way, and one account can take part in several rules at once
- Pick only the calendars you want from an account, so shared and subscribed ones do not come along
- Automatic sync with conditions - only on Wi-Fi, only while charging, skip on low battery - and a notification if it fails
- A log of what was created, changed or deleted and when, which you can export
- Korean and English, light and dark
Requirements
- Runs on
- Android
- Price
- Free, with ads · Removing ads is a one-off in-app purchase, not a subscription
- You need
- An Android phone and an account for each calendar service you connect
- Google and Microsoft are connected through their own sign-in pages; you never type those passwords into the app.
- Apple iCloud needs an app-specific password rather than your Apple ID password; the app explains how to create one.
- Naver Works can only be read, because its server does not accept outside writes.
- Events already synced stay in each service even if you uninstall. To undo them, use "delete calendar events" before you remove the app.
- A work account may refuse to connect if an administrator blocks outside apps.
